Track your order
There is no account to log into — we never asked you to make one. Send us your Order ID on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly where your parcel is.
Your Order ID is on the confirmation screen you saw after paying, and it starts with order_. We also send tracking details once the parcel is dispatched.
Grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong and you are not satisfied with how it was handled, raise it with us directly. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
