Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not ship internationally at the moment — if you are outside India and would like our products, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.

Delivery charges

• Orders of ₹999 and above — free delivery, anywhere in India.
• Orders below ₹999 — a flat ₹70.
• The exact charge is shown on the checkout page before you pay. There are no other fees added later.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 8 working days depending on how far you are from Himachal Pradesh.

Remote and hill locations can take longer. So can the monsoon, snow and the days around a major festival — we are in the mountains, and some things are outside anyone's control. If your parcel is running late, message us and we will find out where it is.

Tracking your order

We send tracking details on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received them, or you want an update at any time, WhatsApp +91 78761 66768 or email info@a2zhimachalidelights.com, quoting your Order ID.

You do not need an account to track an order. Your Order ID is enough.

Getting the address right

Please check your address and PIN code at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — the delivery charge for the second attempt would be payable by you.

If you spot a mistake after ordering, tell us immediately. We can usually correct it if the parcel has not left us.

Payment

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are paid for online at checkout, through Razorpay, or arranged directly with us over WhatsApp.
